How the Concept of Servpuja Store Got Materialised
A couple of years back, two visionaries, Mr. AD Singh and Dr. Atul Parmar, found themselves caught in a situation that would ultimately change their entrepreneurial journey. Like many aspiring business owners, they began their new venture with an auspicious puja ritual to invoke blessings for success and prosperity. For this sacred ceremony, a pandit was invited, who provided them with a long list of required puja items.
At first glance, sourcing the essentials looked simple enough. They could easily pick up regular items such as rice, sweets, oil, or incense sticks from a nearby grocery store. But the real challenge began when the pandit asked for very specific elements that were crucial to the ritual. Items like mango tree wood, durva grass, kush, rai seeds, cow dung cakes, and ghee lamps were not easily available in common shops. The duo had to run around the city, visiting multiple vendors, trying to source each of these materials in time for the ceremony.
The experience turned out to be exhausting and stressful. Instead of focusing on the spiritual significance of the puja, they were constantly worried about whether they had collected everything on the list. The thought struck them—if arranging authentic puja items was so complicated for them, how challenging must it be for countless families across the country who want to conduct similar rituals?
That was the spark. It was at that moment that the idea of creating a one-stop online platform for puja essentials was born.

Soon after, a dynamic professional named Vinay joined their mission. With her insights and dedication, the trio began carefully identifying suppliers, sourcing authentic products, and understanding the deep cultural needs of households.
