• The return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Custom-made or personalized pooja items are not eligible for return.
• Opened incense packets, oils, or consecrated idols are non-returnable due to their sacred nature.

To raise a return request, please follow these steps:

• Contact our support team within 24 hours via:

• Share your order ID, clear images of the product, and a brief reason for return.
• Once verified, our team will schedule a pickup or guide you for return shipment.

💰 Refund or Replacement

• You can choose between a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or a replacement.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the item is received and inspected.
• If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Used pooja items (diya, incense, oils, etc.)
• Opened fragrance, oils, or itra bottles
• Consecrated or mantra-energized idols
• Personalized or custom-made offerings
